Initiative for Non-Pin Coders (INOP) is a Sierra Leone-based organization addressing financial exclusion of workers in both formal and informal sectors who lack access to government payroll and financial services.

Founded by Mr. Lamin Alie and Mr. Abdul Kabia, with Mr. Mohamed Omodu Kamara’s initiative, INOP is dedicated to bridging financial gaps for the underserved.
